Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive color/style analysis consultations with clients to determine their seasonal color palette and provide personalized recommendations.

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, client communication, and inventory management.

  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to social media content creation, promotional campaigns, and more.

  • Coordinate workshops, events, and other outreach activities to engage with potential clients and expand our customer base.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.

Bonus Skills (Good to have)

  • Basic makeup application skills

  • Comfortable speaking in front of a camera or an audience

  • Fluency in Mandarin

  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and styling techniques

  • Client liaison experience or background

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut)

  • Experience in marketing, content creation, fashion photography, videography, or digital media

  • A natural aesthetic sense

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the social content calendar for consistent posting

  • Support social shoots, branded campaigns, and events

  • Create content briefs and ensure high-quality, branded output

  • Engage with the community on social media platforms

  • Provide performance reports and research trends

  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns

  • Create content for social media platforms across Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Lemon8, and Facebook

  • Analyze campaign performance and manage marketing metrics

  • Coordinate KOL partnerships and collaborations
